USC PR: The university of science and culture is jointed to the COMSTECH Inter-Islamic Network on Virtual Universities (CINVU) with the aim of developing and expanding the educational, research and technological cooperation.

COMSTECH the Ministerial Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation) aimed to build and nourish a scientific culture in addition to using S&T as a major contributor to socio-economic development and rapid industrialization.
